Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional experience from the moment of purchase until you receive your product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Our Return Policy

Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of the date you placed your order.

Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unopened (if applicable), with all original Haybaah tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and confirm whether you qualify.

  • Returns must be initiated within the 30-day period.
  • Items must be returned within 5 days from the date the return is approved.
  • We do not accept returns that have not been previously authorized.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and provide a full solution at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hygiene items, including pet waste bags, pet wet wipes, grooming tools (used), and similar hygiene or single-use products.
  • Opened food dispensers or water fountains that have been used and/or filled
  • Items with removed security seals

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item, size, or style you prefer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfillment, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
